Chef Melissa Downs brings her passion for cooking
to The Hive Taphouse in Oregon City.

The food is a nod to her Philadelphia roots infused
with a Northwest style, her grandmother’s teachings,
world travel, and years in the culinary arts.

Using the freshest, local ingredients Chef Melissa can find,
she will create specialties that range from hor d’oeuvers
to tasting menus and good ol’ comfort food.
